Our topographic surveys provide detailed information about the natural and man-made features of your property. We use state-of-the-art equipment to produce accurate and reliable surveys that are used for a variety of purposes, including land-use planning and engineering design.

Our land subdivision and lot layout surveys begin with a boundary survey of the parent tract of land.  Once the overall boundary is established, we work with the developer to coordinate the subdivision lot and road layout based on state, county, and local ordinances to obtain approval of the conceptualized layout.  We then prepare the plat and submit it for approval.  Once approved, we set your property corners and record the plat with the Register of Deeds.

Our ALTA/NSPS surveys provide comprehensive information about a property's boundaries, easements, and improvements. We work closely with our commercial clients to provide surveys that meet all applicable standards and regulations.

Our unmanned aerial systems can be used to perform and/or supplement all survey and mapping deliverables. Upon a client's request, georeferenced orthophotos will be included with digital (AutoCAD) files to depict site conditions at the time the survey was performed. Large topographic and planimetric mapping projects can be performed with the UAS systems to increase productivity and reduce cost.

Our mortgage surveys are provided to real estate agents to fulfill lender and financial requirements for residential real estate closings.  We ensure our mortgage surveys meet all North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors statutory requirements for a certified recordable survey.

Our FEMA flood certificates help you understand your property's flood risk and determine whether flood insurance is necessary. We use the latest data and technology to provide accurate and reliable information that meets all federal and state requirements.

Our construction services are provided to contractors from the start to the finish of each project.  Stakeout services typically include limits of clearing, utility layout, building layout , roads and parking layout and grades, earthwork volumes, progress surveys, and certified As-Builts. We understand time is of the essence and strive to respond to stakeout requests immediately.

Our as-built surveys provide accurate and detailed information about the layout and dimensions of existing utility structures. We work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and review agencies to ensure that their designs are implemented correctly and meet all applicable requirements.
